Customer Satisfaction is
our TOP priority. Please ask questions! I do my best
to describe items, but we are not experts in all
areas. Most of our items are vintage. They will
naturally show wear from years of use. We describe
each item to the best of our ability, but we cannot
always detail each flaw. All items are described
with honest intent!
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: We
will gladly combine items for a savings on shipping!
PAYMENT: The winning
bidder must react within 3 days of auction end and
payments are expected within 7 days of the closing
date of the auction. If you need more time, just
ask. We accept PayPal, personal checks, and money
orders. All in US currency please.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Items
paid through PayPal will be shipped to the address
registered with PayPal. If you want the item shipped
to a different address, you must email me and
receive a confirmation of your request. Otherwise,
the item will be shipped to the registered address.
SHIPPING: All items are
shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
However payments made with personal checks will
delay the shipment by 10 business days. We us the
utmost care in preparing our shipments and use only
high quality packing materials. Due to the costs of
the materials a very reasonable packing and handling
fee has been added to the shipping cost. We keep
shipping as low as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping fees for international buyers will vary.
Items will be marked as merchandise, and the actual
price will be stated on the customs form. We do not
mark items as gifts.
INSURANCE: We pack with
extreme care for transit. We still recommend
shipping insurance because we cannot be responsible
for handling of a package once the item has left our
hands. It is rare that a problem occurs so we leave
insurance OPTIONAL. If you pay for insurance, and
the item is broken in transit, a claim will be filed
with the shipper. The shipper is responsible for
refunding your money. If you do not buy insurance
and the item is broken in transit, we will not be
responsible for reimbursing you the price of the
item.
REFUNDS: All sales are
final. Refunds are made only if there is a major
error in the item description. Refunds are made for
the original purchase price only. Shipping fees are
not included. For a refund to be made, the item must
be returned in the same condition as when it was
originally shipped, and it must be returned within 7
days of receipt.
We reserve the right to
cancel the bid of a high bidder with excessive
negative or hidden feedback.
